The Town of Boiling Spring Lakes, named for a natural spring, centers around the "Big Lake" which is one of over 50 natural and man-made lakes in the growing community.
The "Big Lake" is fed by five springs and Allen's Creek. It is 2 1/2 miles long and offers 10 miles of shoreline. The lakes are a perfect setting for picnics, boating and fishing. Two Boiling Spring Lakes residents have started a project to renovate Muse Park, install playground equipment for the children, and further the developmentand growth of the community.
