Dennis & Penny consider themselves lucky to have found Winding River Plantation and Brunswick County. We consider ourselves lucky that we found them!
They come to us from Illinois where Dennis worked in the banking and mortgage industury for many years. Penny's prior experience was in the Health Industry as an administrative assistant and in the Financial Industry also as an administrative assistant. Dennis and Penny are relocation specialists and are always available to help you find your way home to Winding River Plantation, Oak Island, Holden Beach, and Brunswick County.
Sarah is a native of the Carolina Coast. She has lived in Southport 35 years and watched the small fishing village grow. She has taught in the Brunswick County School System and assisted her husband in operating an independent drug store in Southport before entering the real estate business several years ago. She considers herself fortunate to live and work in Southport and the Brunswick County area of the NC coast.
In the Shallotte area of the county, find Holden Beach and Supply.
