Cut chicken off bones and place layer of chicken in large roaster.Then a layer of cooked spaghetti.
Cut up onions, pepper and celery and mix together. Sprinkle some vegetables over mushrooms and continue with the layers until all are used. Add 2 c. chicken stock. cook in oven about 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle cheese on top about 15 minutes before taking out of oven.
