1 stick margarine, melted 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 1-1 1/2 c. flour 2 eggs 1/4 c. pecans 4 medium bananas 1 c. sugar
Beat eggs, add sifted sugar and salt. Fold in melted butter. Fold in 1/2 of flour and soda, sifted together. Mash bananas with fork and add. Mix nuts with remaining flour and fold in. Put two thicknesses of oil paper in bottom of loaf pan. Grease sides.
Pour batter in pan and let set 20 minutes ( Very Important ). Then bake at 325 degrees for one hour. Cool - wrap in foil and store in refrigerator.
